You receive a registered Sale and Purchase Agreement, the land carries a Certificate of Occupancy in the developer's name (transferable to you on completion), and you can visit the site at any point during construction. We also provide building approval documents from the Lagos State Government.
Our current off-plan developments start with a ₦5M initial deposit for 2-bedroom apartments and ₦10M for 4-bedroom terraces. The remaining balance is spread over 12 or 24 months interest-free.
