Glory City Phase 1 was delivered in 2025 and completely sold out. The development comprised 18 units of two-bedroom apartments and 20 units of four-bedroom terraces, all built to the highest standard of affordable luxury in Lagos. Every bedroom across all units was fully ensuite, with a dedicated guest toilet in each home. This project was the proof of concept that established The Oasis Homes' off-plan model — delivering on time, on quality, and entirely sold out. It set the benchmark for every development that followed across the Glory City master plan.
