Glory City Phase 1

Glory City Phase 1 was delivered in 2025 and completely sold out. The development comprised 18 units of two-bedroom apartments and 20 units of four-bedroom terraces, all designed to the highest standard of affordable luxury in Lagos. Every bedroom in the development is fully ensuite, and a dedicated guest toilet serves each unit — ensuring comfort and privacy for every member of the household. This project was a landmark moment for The Oasis Homes, demonstrating that our off-plan model delivers on every promise. Located in the prestigious Abijo GRA corridor along the Lekki-Epe Expressway, Glory City Phase 1 set the benchmark for what quality estate living in Lagos should look like.
